Please Note: All forms except, Areas of Specialization, should be submitted to the CIM system. A process for requesting Areas of Specialization is currently being developed. The process will be posted here when it is developed.
All submissions to CIM should include a cover letter outlining why the course or program is being submitted for review. If a new course is being submitted, please include in the cover letter an assurance that there is no duplication with either an undergraduate or graduate course If there is any doubt about this, please indicate to the Committee that faculty have met to ensure no overlap.
All communication regarding any curricular questions or submissions must be sent to SPHTM curriculum’s email sphtmcurriculum@tulane.edu.
